摘　　要：目的:探究髂腹股沟游离皮瓣与股前外侧游离皮瓣修复对肢体软组织缺损患者炎症因子和疼痛评分的影响。方法:选取白银市第一人民医院2021年9月—2022年12月收治的86例肢体软组织缺损患者为研究对象,采取随机数字表法分为观察组(n=43)和对照组(n=43)。观察组给予髂腹股沟游离皮瓣修复治疗,对照组给予股前外侧游离皮瓣修复治疗。比较两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、白介素-8(IL-8)、白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白水平及皮瓣修复情况。结果:术后1 d,观察组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);术后1周,观察组IL-8、IL-6、TNF-α、C反应蛋白水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组皮瓣存活率显著高于对照组,皮瓣感染率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对肢体软组织缺损患者,给予髂腹股沟游离皮瓣修复治疗可有效缓解疼痛,减轻炎症反应,疗效确切。Objective:To investigate the effects of ilioinguinal free flap and anterolateral thigh free flap repair on inflammatory factors and pain scores in patients with limb soft tissue defect.Method:A total of 86 patients with limb soft tissue defect admitted to the 1st People's Hospital of Baiyin from September 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group(n=43)and control group(n=43)according to random number table method.The observation group was given repair treatment with ilioinguinal free flap,and the control group was given repair treatment with anterolateral thigh free flap.Visual analogue scale(VAS)scores,interleukin-8(IL-8),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),C reactive protein levels and flap repair situation were compared between the two groups.Result:1 d after surgery,VAS score of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).1 week after surgery,the levels of IL-8,IL-6,TNF-αand C reactive protein in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The survival rate of flap in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,and the infection rate of flap was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with limb soft tissue defect,the repair treatment with ilioinguinal free flap can effectively relieve pain,reduce inflammatory reaction,and the efficacy is certain.
