摘　　要：胸廓畸形是最常见的胸壁疾病之一,目前主要通过手术进行矫治。随着临床对胸廓畸形研究的不断深入,越来越多的畸形种类得以被发现、命名与归类,传统的手术方式与理念在处理这些复杂畸形上往往相对乏力。Wenlin手术是基于传统术式进行革新的最新术式,近年来广泛应用在各种复杂胸廓畸形的手术矫治当中。本文通过对其应用现状进行综述,为胸廓畸形的临床诊治提供更加丰富的参考思路。Chest deformity is one of the most common chest wall diseases,and it is mainly corrective therapy by surgery at present.With the deepening of clinical research on chest deformity,more and more types of deformity have been discovered,named and classified.Traditional surgical methods and concepts are often relatively weak in dealing with these complex deformity.Wenlin procedure is an innovation latest surgical method based on traditional surgical methods,which has been widely used in the surgical corrective therapy of various complex chest deformity in recent years.In this paper,we reviewed the current situation of its application to provide more abundant reference ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of chest deformity.
