摘　　要：目的:建立同时测定心脉通胶囊中5种皂苷含量的LC-MS/MS方法。方法:选用Waters Acquity BEH C18(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.7μm)色谱柱,柱温25℃,以甲醇-0.1%甲酸水梯度洗脱,流速为0.3 m L/min,ESI离子源,采用正离子多反应监测(MRM)监测模式。结果:三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Re、Rg1、Rb1及Rd在检测浓度范围内线性良好(R^(2)>0.999 1),加标回收率为95.94%~98.05%,精密度、稳定性及准确度RSD<3.0%。结论:该方法简单、准确、重复性好,可用于心脉通胶囊的质量控制和评价。Objective:To establish LC-MS/MS method for simultaneous determination of five saponins in Xinmaitong Capsules.Methods:The determination is peformed on Waters Acquity BEH C18(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.7μm)with column temperature of 25℃.Methanol and 0.1%aqueous formic acid solution are used as mobile phase for gradient elution with the flow rate of 0.3 mL/min.Ion source is electrospray ion source,positive ion mode monitoring is conducted and multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)mode is adopted.Results:The linear ranges of notoginsenoside R1,ginsenoside Re,Rg1,Rb1 and Rd have good resolution and linear relation ships(R^(2)>0.9991).The spiked recoveries are in the range of 95.94%~98.05%.RSD of instrument precision,stability and accuracy are not more than 3.0%.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate,reliable,and could be uesd for quality control and evaluation of Xinmaitong Capsules.
