摘 要:为评价多元分层生物化学实验课教学改革的科学性与有效性,本课题选择全科卓越医学班进行生物化学实验课教学改革实践,并以传统教学方式为对照。实验课结束后,从学生实验报告成绩、4方面量化表格比较和远期影响为结局指标,对实验组和对照组进行了教学效果比较。研究结果显示,与传统教学方法相比,多元分层生物化学实验课将学生实验报告平均成绩提高4.05分,医学生综合创新能力所包含的4方面均获得提升,其中知识,能力,素质和发展分别提高7.60分、14.30分、4.90分和7.80分,实验组学生已经具备一定的科研实验设计及实施能力,这些有利于增强学生自信心和自主学习能力,该教学模式获得学生高度认可。结果说明,多元分层生物化学实验课在提高实验成绩和提升学生综合创新能力方面具有较大优势。本研究为多元分层生物化学实验课在实验教学中的开展提供了依据,为推动实验教学方法的改革提供参考。In order to evaluate the scientificity and effectiveness of the teaching reform of the multivariate hierarchical biochemistry experiment course,we selected the General Medicine Excellence Class to carry out the teaching reform of the biochemistry experiment course.After the experiment class,the teaching effect was compared with the traditional teaching method from the students’experimental report results,the comparison of four quantitative tables and the long-term impact as the outcome indicators.The research results show that the multi layered biochemistry experimental course has improved the average score of students’experimental reports by 4.05 points compared with traditional teaching methods.The medical students’comprehensive innovation ability has been improved in all four aspects too.Among them,knowledge,ability,quality and development have been improved by 7.60 points,14.30 points,4.9 points and 7.8 points respectively compared with traditional teaching methods.The experimental group students have a certain level of scientific research experimental design and implementation ability,These are beneficial for enhancing students’confidence and self-learning ability,and this teaching model has been highly recognized by students.This study provides a basis for the development of the multivariate hierarchical biochemistry experiment course in experimental teaching,and provides a reference for promoting the reform of experimental teaching methods.
