摘  要:Ca^(2+)作为生物细胞内信号转导的第二信使,对植物、昆虫和哺乳动物的生长发育以及生理代谢有着重要的作用。Ca^(2+)在昆虫体内参与蜕皮激素(20-Hydroxyecdysone,20E)和保幼激素(Juvenile Hormone,JH)对生理活动的调控。在昆虫中,Ca^(2+)介导上述两种激素信号通路的分子机制是近年来的研究热点。本文综述了Ca^(2+)和Ca^(2+)库在昆虫正常生理活动中的作用以及Ca^(2+)介导的JH和20E的信号转导通路,为深入研究Ca^(2+)对昆虫生长发育的影响提供参考。As the second messenger of intracellular signal transduction,Ca^(2+)plays an important role in the growth and development of plants,insects and mammals as well as physiological metabolism.Ca^(2+)is involved in the regulation of physiological activities by 20-hydroxyecdysone(20E)and juvenile hormone(JH)in insects.In insects,the molecular mechanism of Ca^(2+)mediating the above two hormone signaling pathways has been a research focus in recent years.In this paper,the roles of Ca^(2+)and Ca^(2+)pool in the normal physiological activities of insects and the signal transduction pathways of JH and 20E mediated by Ca^(2+)are reviewed,providing reference for further research on the effects of Ca^(2+)on the growth and development of insects.
