摘 要:太阳能循环干燥通过循环系统将太阳能热量转化为干燥过程中所需的热能,特别适用于农产品、食品、木材和纺织品等材料的干燥处理。该文设计一种太阳能热量的循环利用和控制系统,实现农产品持续、循环干燥。通过试验评估该循环干燥机的性能和效率,结果表明,该干燥机在太阳能输入的条件下,能够有效降低湿度,并在较短的时间内完成干燥过程。研究结果可以为太阳能利用在干燥领域的应用提供了新的思路和方法。Solar cycle drying converts solar heat into the heat required in the drying process through a cycle system,which is particularly suitable for drying materials such as agricultural products,food,wood and textiles.This paper designs a solar heat recycling and control system is designed to realize the continuous and cyclic drying of agricultural products.The performance and efficiency of the circulating dryer were evaluated through experiments,and the results showed that the dryer could effectively reduce humidity and complete the drying process in a short time under the condition of solar input.The research results can provide new ideas and methods for the application of solar energy utilization in the field of drying.
