摘　　要：立德树人的成效是检验高校一切工作的根本标准。课程思政是高校思想政治工作落实立德树人目标的载体。以“公司金融”课程为研究对象,从专业知识中挖掘思政元素,在课堂教学中有机融入理想信念和精神品格教育,寓价值观引导于知识传授和能力培养之中,对课程思政教学活动进行了教学设计,对教学实践活动实施了探讨,并以中国上市公司股利政策现状的具体知识点的思想政治教学设计为案例进行了详尽分析,以期对经管类专业课程实施思想政治教学提供参考借鉴。The effectiveness of building morality and cultivating talents is the fundamental standard for testing all the work of colleges and universities.Curriculum ideology and politics is the carrier of the implementation of“building morality and cultivating talents”in the ideological and political work of colleges and universities.This paper takes the corporate finance course as the research object,excavates the ideological and political elements from the professional knowledge,organically integrates the education of ideals and beliefs and spiritual character in the classroom teaching,guides the values in the knowledge teaching and ability training,discusses the teaching design of the course ideological and political teaching activities and the implementation of teaching practice activities,and conducts the ideological and political course teaching based on the specific knowledge points of the current situation of dividend policy of listed companies in China.The design makes a detailed analysis of the case,in order to provide reference for the implementation of ideological and political teaching in the courses of economics and management.
