摘　　要：文章基于2011—2020年中国278个地级市的面板数据,采用面板门限模型、机制检验模型、空间杜宾模型等分析了数字经济对城市发展质量的影响及作用路径。结果表明:数字经济能显著提升城市发展质量,且具有正向空间溢出效应;数字经济对城市发展质量具有边际效应递增的非线性影响,且会受到产业结构升级的进一步强化;数字经济能通过绿色技术创新与互联网产业集聚提升城市发展质量;数字经济的影响效应在地区规模和城市特征上具有显著异质性,且基础设施薄弱的城市也能通过数字经济建设来提升城市质量。因此,为进一步释放数字经济的多重效应,应强化顶层设计,在数字技术、数字平台、数字金融三个方面培育壮大城市发展质量的新动能;以“新基建”为契机,促进“数实共生”和区域协同发展。Based on the panel data of 278 prefecture-level cities in China from 2011 to 2020,this paper analyzes the impact of digital economy on urban development quality and its action path by using panel threshold model,mechanism test model and spatial Durbin model.The results go as below:Digital economy can significantly improve the quality of urban development,and has a positive spatial spillover effect.Digital economy has a non-linear effect with increasing marginal effect on the quality of urban development,and is strengthened by the upgrading of industrial structure.Digital economy can improve the quality of urban development through green technology innovation and Internet industry agglomeration.The impact of digital economy on the quality of urban development is significantly heterogeneous in terms of regional scale and urban characteristics,and cities with weak infrastructure can also improve urban development quality through the construction of digital economy.Therefore,in order to further release the multiple effects of the digital economy,the top-level design should be strengthened,and new drivers of growth in the quality of urban development should be cultivated in terms of digital technology,digital platform and digital finance.Urban development should take“new infrastructure”as an opportunity to promote“symbiosis”between digital economy and “real economy”and regional coordinated development.
