基于CDTA体验模型研究法下建设儿童友好型住区公共空间的策略研究——以东莞市南城街道水濂社区为例

摘　　要：儿童作为人居单元最重要的使用者之一,从儿童的角度优化住区的公共空间,能为城市公共空间优化提供有效参考。文章结合对东莞市南城街道水濂社区的问卷调查和实地调研,依据城市儿童友好评价体系,从游憩可供性、邻里安全性、持续发展性3个角度分析东莞住区环境下儿童友好公共空间实施所面临的困难,并在CDTA体验模型研究法基础上,系统性地构建儿童友好型住区公共空间的策略体系,探索体验式住区公共空间的可行性。As one of the most important users of the habitat unit,optimizing the public space of the residential area from the perspective of children can provide an effective reference for the optimization of urban public space.Based on the questionnaire survey and field survey of Shuilian Community,Nancheng Street,Dongguan City,and relying on the urban child-friendly evaluation system,this paper analyzes the difficulties faced by the implementation of child-friendly public space in the residential environment of Dongguan from the three perspectives of recreation availability,neighborhood safety,and sustainable development.Meanwhile,it systematically constructs the strategy system of child friendly public space in the residential area based on the CDTA experience model research method,and explores the feasibility of public space in experiential residential areas.
