摘　　要：智慧城市是以人为核心、以人为本的发展理念,在新一代信息技术的推动下,通过采用先进的信息技术和理念,提高城市管理水平,实现智慧化服务,最终目标是建设“资源节约、环境友好、生活宜居”的新型智慧城市。当前我国智慧城市建设面临技术水平较低、缺乏标准体系和监管机制等问题。智慧城市建设是一个复杂的系统工程,需要跨界协同、综合集成、统筹协调和持续发展。我国对智慧城市建设已经开展了大量的研究工作,但总体上仍处于研究阶段。互联网等新一代信息技术发展及相关标准体系的逐步建立和完善,为新型智慧城市建设提供了基础条件。我国要在新型智慧城市方面实现新突破,必须坚持自主创新和开放合作相结合。Smart city is a human-centered and people-oriented development concept,which is promoted by the new generation of information technology to improve urban management level and realize intelligent services through the adoption of advanced information technology and concepts,with the ultimate goal of building a new type of smart city that is"resource-saving,environment-friendly and livable life".At present,the construction of smart cities in China is faced with problems such as low technical level,lack of standard system and supervision mechanism.Smart city construction is a complex systematic project,which requires cross-border coordination,comprehensive integration,overall coordination and sustainable development.China has carried out a lot of research work on the construction of smart cities,but in general,it is still in the research stage.With the development of the Internet and other new generation of information technology and the gradual establishment and improvement of the relevant standard system,the construction of a new type of smart city provides the basic conditions.In order to achieve a new breakthrough in the new type of smart city,China must adhere to the combination of independent innovation and open cooperation.
