高密度城市传统住区微更新机制与策略研究——以澳门半岛为例

摘　　要：中国澳门作为高度城市化的典型,具有老龄化问题严重、人口密度大、建筑年代久远等特点,对传统住区更新已迫在眉睫。文章通过借鉴中国香港先进经验,总结特征,为中国澳门城市更新提供策略支持,包括完善政策法规、转变政府角色、降低更新成本三个方面,对中国澳门在城市住区微更新公众参与机制构建方面有所借鉴。As a typical example of high urbanization,Macao,china is characterized by serious aging problems,high population density and old buildings,which makes the renewal of traditional settlements urgent.Therefore,this paper draws on the advanced experience of Hong Kong,and summarizes the characteristics to provide strategic support for urban renewal in Macao,including the three aspects of improving policies and regulations,changing the role of the government,and reducing the cost of renewal,in the hope that it will be useful for the construction of public participation mechanisms for micro-renewal of urban residential areas in Macao.
