摘 要:BIM技术在基础平台资源多、用户广且上下游专业衔接与交付环境等方面具有优势;景观绿地地形高低起伏、蜿蜒曲折,具有多变、自由、不规则、精细化等特征,而BIM平台三维建模软件基于建筑设计开发,其功能难以适配景观专业的需要。目前能够满足景观专业需求的三维建模软件却满足不了快速出图、多方协同管理等要求,因此景观设计人员希望利用BIM平台优势提高协同与管理能力,必须基于BIM技术进行三维建模软件的二次开发,使其在适配景观专业需求的前提下也能够使参建各方及时获取信息与自由添加信息,以提高工作效率与质量。The biggest advantage of BIM technology lies in its abundant basic platform resources,wide user base,and advantageous upstream and downstream professional connection and delivery environment;The terrain of landscape green spaces is undulating and winding,with characteristics such as variability,freedom,irregularity,and refinement.However,the BIM platform 3D modeling software is based on architectural design and development,and its functions are difficult to adapt to the needs of landscape professionals.At present,3D modeling software that can meet the needs of landscape professionals cannot meet the requirements of fast mapping and multi-party collaborative management.If landscape professionals hope to leverage the advantages of the BIM platform to improve collaboration and management capabilities,they must conduct secondary development of 3D modeling software based on BIM technology,so that all parties involved can timely obtain and freely add information while adapting to the needs of the landscape profession,in order to improve work efficiency and quality.
