摘　　要：目前很多老旧营区在公寓房管理中面临管理手段落后,基层管理人员工作量大;住户成分复杂,对住户监管难;租金、物业费收取困难;住户与物业发生矛盾,管理单位处理难等问题。文章以某数字营区建设工程为实例,简要介绍项目建设方案,并着重阐述为解决公寓房管理中的痛点问题提出的定制化解决方案。At present,many old camps are faced with problems in the management of apartments,such as backward management methods and the a large workload of grass-roots managers,the complex composition of residents,which makes it difficult to supervise them,difficulties in collecting rent and property fees,and conflicts between residents and property management,which makes it difficult to deal with by management units.This paper takes the construction project of a digital camp as an example,briefly introduces the project construction scheme,and focuses on the customized solution to solve the pain points in apartment management.
