摘　　要：基于BIM的现场施工管理信息技术便于建筑工程项目施工阶段的深化、场布、施组、进度、材料、设备、质量、安全等业务管理环节实现现场协同动态管理[1]。文章以成都市某公园人行桥梁设计为例,采用BIM技术结合施工工艺对设计阶段施工图模型进行信息添加、更新和完善,得到满足施工需求的施工模型,实现施工现场的信息高效传递和实时共享,提高施工管理水平。The application of"BIM based on-site construction management information technology"facilitates the deepening,site layout,construction organization,progress,materials,equipment,quality,safety and other business management links in the construction phase of the construction project to achieve on-site collaborative dynamic management.This paper takes the design of a pedestrian bridge in a park in Chengdu as an example,and uses BIM application technology and construction technology to add,update and improve the information of the construction drawing model in the design stage,so as to obtain the construction model that meets the construction needs,realize the efficient transmission and real-time sharing of information on the construction site,and improve the level of construction management.
