摘　　要：文章对地产建筑行业中科技智慧技术的发展及应用进行研究,基于企业对科技地产相应课题的研发工作及项目成果转化案例,结合地产行业近年来在住宅产品中关于智慧社区及智能家居领域中的技术创新及产品应用情况,探索建筑住宅产品中关于科技智慧人居的需求与智能化技术配置。This paper studies the development and application of intelligent science and technologies in the real estate and construction industry.Based on the research works of enterprises on the corresponding topics of science and technology real estate and the transformation of project results,and combining with the technology innovations and products application in the field of smart community and smart home in residential products in real estate industry in recent years,this paper explores the demands of science and technology smart living and intelligent technology configuration in the building and residential products.
