摘　　要：建筑工程项目的基本运作流程相对复杂,需要涉及的各类信息数量规模较为庞大,而在信息处理技术具备多样性特征条件下,给管理技术系统的基本功能和运行状态提出了严格要求。在建筑工程项目管理技术系统具体运用过程中,其不仅要针对建筑工程项目的完整运行流程展开系统性管理,还必须同时发挥针对系统内部所有用户的权限管理功能,以及指向各类文档资料的审批技术功能与维护技术功能。文章将会围绕智能化建筑工程项目管理系统,展开简要阐述分析。The basic operation process of the construction project is relatively complex,and the amount and scale of all kinds of information involved are relatively large.However,under the condition that the information processing technology method has the characteristics of diversity,it puts forward strict requirements for the basic functions and operation status of the management technology system.In the specific application process of the construction project management technology system,it should not only carry out systematic management for the complete operation process of the construction project,but also give full play to the authority management function for all users in the system,as well as the approval technology function and maintenance technology function for various documents and materials.The article will focus on the intelligent construction project management system and launch a brief explanation and analysis.
