摘 要:根据柳巷煤矿3号煤层的赋存条件,采用数字散斑相关法和相似模拟实验,通过CCD相机构建图像数据采集系统,研究沿空掘巷上覆岩层移动规律和围岩体的变形特征。工作面回采后,上覆岩层之间出现了大量的斜交裂隙,但岩层之间依然保持连续性,整体倾斜弯曲下沉。沿空掘巷煤柱的x、y方向位移等值云图和剪应力云图表明,采空区边缘的位移最大,煤柱和顶板之间有剪应力,距离采空区边缘5 m剪应力最大,煤柱受到压、弯、剪的复合应力作用;使用虚拟引伸计进行煤层和顶板之间5个监测点的层间滑动位移分析,煤层和顶板存在不均匀滑动位移,靠近采空区层间滑动位移最大;煤层下方应力随着工作面的回采不断增大,应力在空间上分布呈现先增大后减小的单驼峰形状,在采空区边缘附近形成了应力集中现象。According to the occurrence conditions of No.3 coal seam in Liuxiang Coal Mine,digital speckle correlation method and similar simulation experiment were used to build an image data acquisition system through CCD camera to study the movement law of overlying rock strata and deformation characteristics of surrounding rock mass in the gob-side entry.After the mining of the working face,there were a lot of oblique fractures between the overlying strata,but the continuity between the strata was still maintained,and the overall dip bending subsidence.The x and y direction displacement contour nephogram and shear stress nephogram of the coal pillar in the gob-side entry show that the displacement at the edge of the goaf is the largest,there is shear stress between the coal pillar and the roof,5 m from the edge of the goaf,the shear stress is the largest,and the coal pillar is subject to the combined stress of pressure,bending and shear.The virtual extensometer was used to analyze the interlayer sliding displacement of 5 monitoring points between the coal seam and the roof.There is uneven sliding displacement between the coal seam and the roof,and the interlayer sliding displacement near the goaf is the largest.The stress under the coal seam is rising with the mining of the working face,and the stress distribution in space presents a single hump shape that increases first and then decreases,forming a stress concentration near the edge of the goaf.
