摘  要:使用气相色谱质谱联用仪结合液氮制冷型大气预浓缩仪,建立了环境空气中33种消耗臭氧层物质的离线检测方法。将环境空气样品置于苏玛罐中,样品经填充吸附剂的预浓缩制冷系统除水、除二氧化碳、浓缩富集、脱附后,进入GCMS进行分析,以单离子检测扫描SIM方式进行采集,外标法定量,考查了预浓缩系统条件、质谱条件、气相条件等参数对实验测试结果的影响。对比了各种方法的效果,并评估了在此优化条件下的方法性能,结果显示,所有化合物在20 pg/mL的浓度下,峰面积RSD为0.41%~7.18%,在5~100 pg/mL的浓度范围内线性相关系数均大于0.995,检出限为0.01~1.83 pg/mL。该方法简单易操作、重复性好、检出限低,是环境空气中ODS的理想分析方法。An offline method for detection of 33 ozone depleting substances in ambient air was established using a gas chromatography-mass spectrometry combined with a liquid nitrogen refrigeration atmospheric preconcentration instrument.The ambient air sample was placed in a Suma tank,and after being removed from water,carbon dioxide,concentrated,and adsorbed by a pre-concentration refrigeration system filled with adsorbent,the sample enters GCMS for analysis.Single ion detection scanning SIM was used for collection,and external standard method was used for quantification.The influence of pre-concentration system conditions,mass spectrometry conditions,gas phase conditions,and other parameters on the experimental test results was investigated.The effectiveness of various methods was compared and the performance of the method under these optimized conditions was evaluated.The results showed that all compounds had peak area RSD of 0.41%~7.18%at a concentration of 20 pg/mL,and the linear correlation coefficients were greater than 0.995 within the concentration range of 5~100 pg/mL,with a detection limit of 0.01~1.83 pg/mL.This method is simple,easy to operate,has good repeatability,and low detection limit,making it an ideal analysis method for ODS in ambient air.
