摘 要:针对漳村煤矿松软破碎煤层大断面硐室巷道变形量大,围岩难以控制的问题,基于现场测试、数值模拟,得出+480 m水平胶带大巷2号CST硐室围岩控制技术难点为:煤体松软破碎,强度—应力比低;围岩完整性差,自稳能力弱;断面扩刷,诱发围岩破坏范围进一步扩大。基于内外锚固承载结构承载原理,提出锚注协同控制技术,通过注浆加固围岩为锚网索支护提供安全的施工空间和锚固基础,通过施工全断面深孔注浆和长锚索,使内外锚固承载结构协同承载。制定了锚注协同控制技术参数,并进行现场实践,矿压监测显示,顶底板移近量最大为41 mm,两帮收缩量最大为52 mm,巷道围岩处于稳定状态,围岩控制效果良好。Based on on-site testing and numerical simulation,the technical difficulties in controlling the surrounding rock of the No.2 CST chamber in the+480 m horizontal belt main roadway in Zhangcun Coal Mine were as follows:the coal body was soft and fractured,and the strength stress ratio was low.The integrity of the surrounding rock was poor,and the self stability ability was weak.The expansion of the cross-section leaded to further expansion of the range of surrounding rock failure.Based on the bearing principle of internal and external anchoring bearing structures,a collaborative control technology of anchoring and grouting was proposed:providing safe construction space and anchoring foundation for anchor mesh cable support through grouting reinforcement of surrounding rock.By constructing full section deep hole grouting and long anchoring cables,the internal and external anchoring bearing structures were coordinated to bear the load.The technical parameters for anchor grouting collaborative control were developed and on-site practice was carried out.Mine pressure monitoring showed that the maximum displacement of the top and bottom plates was 41 mm,and the maximum shrinkage of the two sides was 52 mm.The surrounding rock of the roadway was in a stable state,and the control effect of the surrounding rock was good.
