摘　　要：目的探讨PDCA循环在健康管理中检出重大异常结果工作流程中的应用。方法制订重要异常结果检出后通知工作流程,运用PDCA循环不断优化改进流程,观察2021年1月1日—2023年6月30日实施PDCA重要异常结果通知管理制度后重大异常通知率及通知时间变化,评价效果。结果在医院健康管理中采用PDCA模式后,体检者的重大异常通知率得到不断提高,流程逐渐完善,A类危急异常通知更加及时。结论医院健康管理中应用PDCA模式作为常规改善体检质量工具,可不断优化体检质量控制,提升体检服务效益,增加受检者获益。Objective To analyze the application of PDCA cycle in the workflow of detecting significant abnormal results in health management.Methods Formulate the notification workflow after the detection of important abnormal results,continuously optimize and improve the process by using PDCA cycle,observe the major abnormal notification rate and notification time change after the implementation of PDCA notification notification management system from January 1,2021 to June 30,2023,and evaluate the effect.Results After the PDCA mode was adopted in the hospital health management,the notification rate of major abnormalities of the physical examination patients was continuously improved,the process was gradually improved,and the notification of class A critical abnormalities was more timely.Conclusion The application of PDCA mode as a routine tool to improve the physical examination quality in the hospital health management can continuously optimize the quality control of the physical examination,improve the benefit of the physical examination service,and increase the benefits of the subjects.
