摘　　要：目的观察指推手阳明大肠经结合腹部按摩治疗患者功能性便秘的临床效果。方法将2021年7月—2023年5月厦门大学附属第一医院中医科门诊及中医适宜技术门诊收治的80例功能性便秘患者按照随机分配原则分为试验组40例与对照组40例。两组均给予常规健康宣教,对照组给予腹部按摩治疗;试验组在腹部按摩的基础上,结合指推手阳明大肠经治疗。在治疗2周后收集患者的大便性状分型、排便困难程度以及便秘症状积分等情况,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗2周后,试验组在大便性状分型、排便困难程度以及便秘症状积分等方面均优于对照组(P<0.05);且试验组的临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论指推手阳明大肠经结合腹部按摩疗法能更有效地改善患者的功能性便秘。Objective To observe the clinical effect of fingerpushing hand Yangming large intestine channel combined with abdominal massage on patients with functional constipation.Methods A total of 80 patients with functional constipation admitted to the department of traditional chinese medicine outpatient and the department of traditional chinese medicine appropriate technology outpatient,the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from July 2021 to May 2023 were divided into the experimental group(40 cases)and the control group(40 cases)according to the principle of block random allocation.Both groups were given routine health education.The control group was treated with abdominal massage,while the experimental group was treated with finger massage combined with the fingerpushing hand Yangming large intestine channel.After 2 weeks of treatment,the patients'stool characteristics,defecation difficulty and constipation symptom score were collected,and the treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the experimental group was better than the control group in terms of stool characteristics,defecation difficulty and constipation symptom scores(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of finger-pushing hand Yangming large intestine channel and abdominal massage therapy can more effectively improve patients'functional constipation.
