李化龙与播州的社会治理——以《播州善后事宜疏》为中心

摘　　要：《播州善后事宜疏》是《平播全书》中非常重要的一篇,历时一百一十余天的播州之役到李化龙上此疏时已基本结束,如何恰当地处理战火后的播州事务,成为当务之急。为此,作为平播之战总指挥的李化龙在上疏中详细地提出了自己的建议,主要有改任流官、分其地为两省、兴教育、派兵防卫等,这些措施有力地保证了播州地区的安定,加强了中央王朝对播州以及其周边地区的统治。Bozhou Aftermath Matters is a very important article in the Pingbo Quanshu,the battle of Bozhou,which lasted for more than one hundred and ten days,was basically over by the time Li Huarong made this petition,and how to properly deal with the Bozhou affairs after the war has become a top priority.To this end,Li Hualong as the Pingbo war commander-in-chief put forward his own suggestions in detail to the Emperor,which mainly include reappointment of Liuguan,dividing the area into two provinces,promoting education,sending troops for defense,etc.These measures have effectively ensured the stability of the Bozhou region,and strengthened the rule of the Central dynasty over Bozhou and its neighbouring areas.
