摘  要:目的:通过对糖尿病合并肌少症相关文献进行可视化分析,探讨该领域近20年的研究现状、热点及发展趋势。方法:以Web of Science核心合集为数据来源,借助CiteSpace可视化软件,对2002-2022年糖尿病合并肌少症相关研究的年度发文情况、国家与机构分布、作者与期刊分布以及关键词进行分析。结果:纳入1 255篇文献。最高产的国家为美国,其次为日本、韩国、中国;核心作者均来自日本;最高产的机构为韩国延世大学;载文量最多的期刊是Nutrients;研究热点为老年人、与其他疾病的关联分析、风险因素及作用机制探讨。结论:分析结果能揭示作者与机构中的潜在合作对象,提供可参考的选题内容和研究方向。Objective:To discuss the research status quo,hotspots,and development trend of diabetes mellitus complicated with sarcopenia in the recent 20 years through visual analysis of related literature.Methods:Based on the core collection of Web of Science as the data source,with the help of CiteSpace visualization software,the annual publication,distribution of countries and institutions,distribution of authors and journals,and keywords of studies on diabetes mellitus complicated with sarcopenia from 2002 to 2022 were analyzed.Results:A total of 1255 articles were included.The countries with the highest publications are the United States,Japan,South Korea,and China.The core authors are all from Japan.The most productive institution is Yonsei University in Korea.The journal with the most significant number of articles is Nutrients.The research focused on the elderly,association analysis with other diseases,risk factors and mechanism of action.Conclusions:The analysis results can reveal the potential cooperation objects between the authors and the institutions,and provide reference content and research direction.
