摘　　要：目的:分析近10年国内急性心肌梗死经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)术后心脏康复的基本现状、研究热点及趋势,为相关研究及临床实践提供参考。方法:检索中国知网数据库2013年1月1日—2023年7月26日急性心肌梗死PCI术后心脏康复相关文献,运用文献计量学的方法对年发文量、核心作者、学术期刊、发文机构、关键词进行统计分析,并应用VOSviewer1.6.18软件行可视化分析,绘制知识图谱。结果:共纳入376篇文献,发文量呈逐年上升的态势,共有92名核心作者;载文量最多的杂志为《中西医结合心脑血管病杂志》;发文量最多的机构为郑州市第七人民医院;研究热点为自我管理与健康教育、早期心脏康复护理、心功能、生活质量。结论:我国急性心肌梗死PCI术后心脏康复相关研究正逐步深入,但整体处于较分散的状态,研究质量有待提升,今后应加强作者间、机构间、地区间的深度交流,开展多中心、多学科、大样本、高质量的研究。Objective:To analyze the basic status quo and research hotspots and trends of cardiac rehabilitation of patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)in China in the past 10 years,and to provide reference for related research and clinical practice.Methods:Relevant literature on AMI patients′cardiac rehabilitation after PCI published from January 1,2013,to July 26,2023,were retrieved from the Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database.The bibliometric method was used to analyze the annual publication volume,core authors,academic journals,publishing institutions,and keywords for statistical analysis.VOSviewer1.6.18 software was used to perform visual analysis and draw a knowledge map.Results:A total of 376 articles were included,with a year-by-year increase in number and involving 92 core authors.The journal with the most articles was the Journal of Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Diseases of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine.The institution with the most publications was Zhengzhou No.7 People′s Hospital.Research hotspots included self-management and health education,early cardiac rehabilitation care,cardiac function,and quality of life.Conclusions:Research related to AMI patients′cardiac rehabilitation after PCI in China is gradually deepening,but overall,it is scattered,and the quality of research needs to be improved.In the future,in-depth exchanges among authors,institutions,and regions should be strengthened to carry out multi-center,multi-disciplines,large samples,and high-quality research.
