摘 要:通过对600MW超临界机组低负荷运行控制特征的研究,对鄂温克电厂#1超临界机组深度调峰的需求、深度调峰的低负荷区间的协调控制特征、深度调峰在不同负荷区间所面临的技术困难与设备改造要点进行了研究,提出了在常规负荷区间的锅炉主控、给水主控、机组滑压线等精细协调控制方法,并说明了在低负荷区间进行深度调峰时需要进行的有关测试,以及测试的重点与难点。在此基础上,利用先进的控制技术、智能计算法,结合专家经验,进行了鄂温克电厂#1机组深度调峰的协调控制与优化研究。Through the research on the low-load operation control characteristics of 600MW supercritical units,the demand for deep peak regulation of#1 supercritical unit of Ewenki Power Plant,the coordinated control characteristics of deep peak regulation in low load intervals,and the challenges faced by deep peak regulation in diff erent load regions The technical difficulties and key points of equipment transformation were studied,and fine coordination control methods such as boiler main control,water supply main control,and unit sliding pressure line were proposed in the normal load range,and the needs for deep peak regulation in the low load range were explained.On the basis of the test,the key points and difficulties of the test,using advanced control technology,intelligent calculation method,combined with expert experience,the coordinated control and optimization research of deep peak regulation of#1 unit of Ewenki Power Plant was carried out.
