摘  要:针对养殖场病死畜禽危害大、处理难的问题,研制出一套微波无害化处理系统。该系统采用微波技术能够快速有效地实现禽类尸体无害化处理,达到灭菌、干燥、资源化利用目的。文章基于西门子S7-200smart PLC和MCGS触摸屏技术设计了微波无害化处理控制系统,该系统自动化程度较高,可实现处理过程控制的一键化操作。系统能实时监控加热罐体内部温度和湿度,工艺流程得到极大优化,工艺控制过程更人性化、可视化,实现了微波无害化处理的智能控制,目前已经在养殖场落地应用。生产实践表明:该系统能长期稳定运行,微波灭菌效果及产出物均达标,满足用户需求。A microwave harmless treatment system is developed to address the significant harm and difficulty in treatment of sick and dead livestock.Microwave technology is used to realize harmless treatment of poultry carcasses quickly and effectively,achieving sterilization,drying,and resource utilization.Based on Siemens S7-200 smart PLC and MCGS touch screen technology,a microwave harmless processing control system is designed.The system has a high automatic degree and can realize one-click operation of processing control.It can monitor the internal temperature and humidity of the heating tank in real-time,greatly optimizing the process flow,making the process control more user-friendly and visual,and achieving intelligent control of microwave harmless treatment.Currently,the system has been used in aquaculture farms.The production practice has shown that the system can operate stably for a long time,the microwave sterilization effect and output match up to the standards,meeting needs of farms.
