摘　　要：微波炉是最典型多模谐振加热腔,其加热均匀性和能量效率一直是生活家用和工业生产中关注的焦点,已有研究表明微波炉中的旋转台对加热均匀性有着显著的提升作用,但是旋转加热对微波炉能量效率的影响目前依然还不清楚,旋转台转速的变化对加热均匀性的作用也还缺乏充分的量化研究。本文基于有限元算法对微波炉中的旋转加热进行了一系列的多物理场仿真,计算了微波炉中不同几何尺寸的受热物体,在不同转速下的加热均匀性和能量利用率。结果表明,微波炉中的旋转台对不同尺寸的受热物体的温度均匀性都有提升作用,旋转速度越快,加热均匀性越好,但是旋转台的转速对微波炉的能量效率没有显著影响。Microwave ovens are the most typical and common multimode resonant heating cavities,and the heating uniformity and energy efficiency of them are always the focuses in household and industrial production.It has been proved that the rotary table in microwave ovens has a significant improvement in heating uniformity.However,the impact of rotary heating on the energy efficiency of microwave ovens is still unclear,and there is also a lack of sufficient quantitative research on the effect of rotation speed changes on heating uniformity.To above issues,a series of multi-physical field simulations of rotary heating in microwave ovens based on finite element algorithms is conducted,and the heating uniformity and energy utilization efficiency of heated objects with different geometric dimensions in microwave ovens at different rotation speeds are calculated.The results show that the rotary table in a microwave oven can improve the temperature uniformity of heated objects with different sizes.The higher the rotation speed is,the better the heating uniformity is.However,the rotation speed of the rotary table has no significant impact on the energy efficiency of the microwave ovens.
