摘 要:基于实心间隙重入式谐振腔基本原理,研发谐振频率为2.05 GHz的实心间隙重入式谐振腔,工作模式为TM_(010),腔体材料为铜;探针激励位置距离谐振腔中心为15 mm,探针插入深度为2.6 mm。应用测试平台对空腔及不均质介质测试,结果表明空腔谐振频率为2.06 GHz,介质含量正常时谐振频率为2.04 GHz,介质含量偏少时谐振频率上移2.05 GHz,介质含量偏多时谐振频率下移2.02 GHz,重入式谐振腔满足基本使用要求。以实心间隙重入式为核心,结合高速数据采集处理系统,实现检测速度为0.1 ms,检测灵敏度为±0.1 g的在线不均质介质检测系统,同时该系统可实现偏差报警、远程控制及介质在线检测等特点。Based on the basic principle of solid gap reentrant resonator,a corresponding resonator with a resonant frequency of 2.05 GHz is developed.The working mode of it is TM010 and the material is copper.The excitation position of probe is 15 mm away from the center of the resonator,and the insertion depth of probe is 2.6 mm.A test platform is used to test the cavity and heterogeneous media.The results show that the resonant frequency of the resonator is 2.06 GHz without any media,2.04 GHz with normal content media,2.05 GHz with a bit small media,and 2.02 GHz with a little more media,respectively.The reentrant resonator can meet the basic requirements.With a solid gap reentrant as the core,combining with high-speed data acquisition and processing system,an on-line inhomogeneous media detection system is realized with a detection speed of 0.1 ms and a detection sensitivity of±0.1 g.Meanwhile it can also achieve deviation alarm,remote control and online detection of media.
