摘  要:为治理矿井66 kV地面变电站供电过程中的无功损耗及谐波危害,本文首先分析了66 kV地面变电站的供电现状,梳理了无功补偿及谐波的产生原因及危害,然后基于无功发生器(SVG)和有源滤波器(APF)的工作原理,设计并搭建了地面变电站无功补偿系统。仿真实验表明,在无功补偿系统中切入无功发生器(SVG)和有源滤波器(APF)后,其功率因素由0.79提升至0.98,谐波畸变率由20%降至1.5%,供电系统的补偿治理效果明显,极大地保障了矿井生产的供电安全。To address the reactive power loss and harmonic hazards during the power supply process of the 66 kV ground substation in the mine,this paper first analyzes the current power supply situation of the 66 kV ground substation,sorts out the causes and hazards of reactive power compensation and harmonics,and then designs and builds a ground substation reactive power compensation system based on the working principles of the reactive power generator(SVG)and active power filter(APF).The simulation experiment shows that after inserting the reactive power generator(SVG)and active power filter(APF)into the reactive power compensation system,the power factor is increased from 0.79 to 0.98,and the harmonic distortion rate is reduced from 20%to 1.5%.The compensation and governance effect of the power supply system is obvious,greatly ensuring the power supply safety of mine production.
