摘 要:针对煤矿综采装备顺槽分散控制存在集成度不高、效率较低、三机协同控制性能较差等问题,本文对综采装备顺槽集中控制系统展开研究,提出了综采装备顺槽集中控制系统方案,介绍了硬件系统模块和数据采集单元,采用模块化设计思想编写了控制系统程序,实现了对综采装备三机的集中协同控制。经现场调试表明,本文提出的综采装备顺槽集中控制系统利用控制电流信号实现了采煤机自适应跟踪目标轨迹,并保证了综采装备的协调动作与联动控制,大大提高了综采装备的智能化程度。For coal mine mining equipment channel decentralized control integration is not high,low efficiency,three collaborative control performance is poor,this paper studies the fully mechanized mining equipment channel centralized control system,put forward the fully mechanized mining equipment channel centralized control system scheme,introduces the hardware system module and data acquisition unit,using modular design ideas write the control system program,realize the centralized collaborative control of fully mechanized mining equipment.According to the field debugging,the centralized control system of fully mechanized mining equipment proposed in this paper uses the control current signal to track the target track,and ensures the coordinated action and linkage control of fully mechanized mining equipment,greatly improves the intelligent degree of fully mechanized mining equipment.
