摘  要:为提高汽轮机调节级效率,获得较高的经济效益,本文以220 MW级汽轮机设备为研究对象,分析喷嘴组存在的问题及问题产生的原因,提出相应的优化改造方案,并分析最终改造效果。结果表明,改造后的汽轮机呈现较高的调节级效率,是未改造前汽轮机的3倍左右,同时还提高了汽轮机的热力性能,帮助相关企业获得了较高的节能效益。In order to improve the efficiency of the steam turbine governing stage and achieve high economic benefits,this paper takes 220 MW steam turbine equipment as the research object,analyzes the problems and causes of nozzle groups,proposes corresponding optimization and transformation plans,and analyzes the final transformation effect.The results show that the modified steam turbine exhibits a high efficiency of the governing stage,which is about three times that of the unmodified steam turbine.At the same time,it also improves the thermal performance of the steam turbine and helps relevant enterprises achieve high energy-saving benefits.
