摘  要:中心城市是城市创新网络连接的关键节点,带动城市群的发展。中心城市创新能力是城市高质量发展的关键。基于城市创新系统,采用模糊集定性比较分析的方法,选择中国34个中心城市的样本数据,研究分析高(非高)城市创新水平组态,对不同组态路径下的城市案例进行分析。研究结果表明:(1)技术创新的缺失是导致城市非高水平创新能力的必要条件,而单个城市创新系统要素并不是导致城市高水平创新能力的必要条件;(2)教育资源、技术创新、产业集群是引致城市高水平创新能力的关键要素,由此构成的组态路径共4条:产业技术创新-均衡型、产业技术创新-弥补型、协同创新-弥补型和协同创新-均衡型;(3)教育资源、产业结构与技术创新在一定条件下存在替代关系。本研究对中国中心城市创新能力提升、创新路径优化,以及不同城市实现高质量发展具有一些引领性建议和可能性举措。Central cities are key nodes connecting urban innovation networks and developing urban agglomerations.Their innovation capability is essential for the high-quality development of cities.Based on the urban innovation system,a fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis method is used to select sample data from 34 central cities in China to study and analyze the innovation level configuration of high(non-high)cities,and to analyze urban cases under different configuration paths.The research indicates that:(1)the lack of technological innovation is a necessary condition for non-high innovation capability of the cities,while individual urban innovation system elements are not a necessary condition for high-level innovation capability;(2)educational resources,technological innovation,and industrial clusters are key elements for high-level innovation capability of the cities,which formulate four configuration paths:industrial technology innovation equilibrium type,industrial technology innovation compensation type,collaborative innovation compensation type,and collaborative innovation balance type;(3)there is a substitution relationship between educational resources,industrial structure,and technological innovation under certain conditions.This study suggests constructive advice and possible measures for improving the innovation capacity,optimizing innovation paths of central cities,and achieving high-quality development of different cities.
