摘　　要：作为要素和经济活动在空间上的组织形式,城市空间结构合理与否关系到各类创新要素能否在城市中有效组织、配置和利用,因而也势必会对企业的创新行为产生深刻影响。文章以中国土地市场网每宗交易土地的地理信息和容积率数据测算中国各城市的空间结构,探讨了城市空间结构对企业创新的影响效应。结果显示,城市空间结构优化会通过规模经济效应和空间技术外溢效应推动企业创新,该结果在考虑样本极端值、变换指标测度方法和控制内生性问题后依然较为稳健。进一步研究发现,商服用地和住宅用地空间配置带来的城市空间结构变化有助于促进企业创新,但工矿用地和公共用地配置导致的城市空间结构变化并未对企业创新产生明显影响;地方政府增长竞争导致的过度干预行为弱化了城市空间结构优化的企业创新效应;单中心和多中心城市空间结构的优化均有助于推进企业创新。As the organizational form of factors and economic activities in space,the rationality of urban spatial structure is closely related to the effective organization,allocation,and utilization of various innovation factors in cities,and therefore,it inevitably has a profound impact on firm innovation behavior.This article calculates the spatial structure of various cities in China using geographic information and floor area ratio data from the China Land Market Website for each land transaction.Furthermore,it explores the impact of urban spatial structure on firm innovation.The results show that urban spatial structure optimization can promote firm innovation through the effects of economies of scale and spatial technology spillovers.These results remain robust even after considering sample outliers,transforming index measurement methods,and controlling for endogeneity issues.Further research reveals that changes in urban spatial structure resulting from the spatial allocation of commercial and residential land contribute to promoting firm innovation.In contrast,changes caused by the allocation of industrial and public land do not significantly affect firm innovation.Excessive intervention by local governments due to competitive growth weakens the innovation effect of optimizing urban spatial structure.The optimization of both monocentric and polycentric urban spatial structures contributes to advancing firm innovation.
