摘  要:敌草快(diquat,DQ)是继百草枯(paraquat,PQ)后又一使用广、危害大的除草剂,由于缺乏特效解毒剂,病死率极高。目前毒理机制尚未完全阐明,普遍认为是氧化应激引起级联反应,进而造成各组织器官受损导致多器官功能障碍。患者早期表现多样,由于缺乏标准化或准确的评估系统,治疗时机选择难以精准把握,如何早期实施精准的个体化医疗降低死亡率和致残率仍是医学界难题。鉴于此,本综述总结了急性DQ中毒的发病机制和预后评估现状,为改进临床治疗决策和预后评估提供参考。Diquat(DQ)is another widely used and harmful herbicide in addition to paraquat(PQ).Due to the lack of specific antidote,the case fatality rate is extremely high.At present,the toxicological mechanism has not been fully elucidated,and it is generally believed that oxidative stress causes cascade reactions,resulting in multiple organ dysfunction caused by damage to various tissues and organs.The early manifestations of DQ poisoning vary,and it is difficult to accurately capture the timing of treatment due to the lack of standardized or accurate evaluation system.How to implement accurate individualized medical treatment to reduce mortality and disability rate remains a medical challenge.Therefore,this review summarizes the pathogenesis and prognosis evaluation of acute DQ poisoning to provide reference for improving clinical treatment,decision-making,and prognosis evaluation.
