摘  要:目的探讨健康的植物性饮食与睡眠时长的联合作用对中心性肥胖患病风险的影响。方法采用多阶段随机抽样方法,于2022年7月14日—2023年4月10日对重庆市渝中区521名18岁以上居民进行问卷调查和体格检查。计算健康的植物性饮食指数(healthy plant-based diet index,hPDI),以评估健康的植物性饮食情况,将hPDI得分按照三分位数分为Q1~Q3组,采用logistic回归分析模型分析hPDI与睡眠时长对成年人中心性肥胖患病的联合作用。结果中心性肥胖患病率为32.25%。多因素logistic回归分析模型分析显示,与7~8 h睡眠时长且hPDI的Q3组相比,7~8 h睡眠时长且hPDI的Q2组、7~8 h睡眠时长且hPDI的Q1组、<7 h睡眠时长且hPDI的Q3组、<7 h睡眠时长且hPDI的Q2组、<7 h睡眠时长且hPDI的Q1组、>8 h睡眠时长且hPDI的Q3组、>8 h睡眠时长且hPDI的Q2组、>8 h睡眠时长且hPDI的Q1组患有中心性肥胖的OR值及95%CI分别为2.237(1.072~4.669)、3.238(1.393~7.526)、2.825(0.947~8.429)、4.220(1.911~9.318)、7.427(3.010~18.327)、4.741(1.261~17.822)、5.293(2.051~13.660)和9.298(2.958~29.229)。结论适宜的睡眠时长和高质量健康的植物性饮食的协同作用会降低中心性肥胖的患病风险,睡眠时长不足或过多的人群提高健康的植物性饮食质量有利于中心性肥胖的预防。Objective To explore the effect of healthy plant diet and sleep duration on the risk of central obesity.Methods By using the method of multi-stage random sampling,a questionnaire survey and physical examination were conducted among 521 residents over 18 years old in Yuzhong district of Chongqing from July 14,2022 to April 10,2023.The healthy plant diet index(hPDI)was calculated to evaluate the healthy plant diet.The hPDI score was divided into Q1,Q2,and Q3 groups.Logistic regression model was used to analyze the combined effect of hPDI and sleep duration on the prevalence of central obesity in adults.Results The prevalence rate of central obesity was 32.5%.Multivariate Logistic regression model analysis showed that compared with Q3 hPDI group with long sleep time of 7 to 8 hours,Q2 hPDI group with 7 h sleep duration,Q1 hPDI group with 7 h sleep duration,Q3 hPDI group with<7 h sleep duration,Q2 hPDI group with<7 h sleep duration,Q1 hPDI group with<7 h sleep duration,Q3 hPDI group with>8 h sleep duration,Q2 hPDI group with>8 h sleep duration,and Q1 hPDI group with>8 h sleep duration suffered from central obesity with OR and 95%CI of 2.237(1.072-4.669),respectively.3.238(1.393-7.526),2.825(0.947-8.429),4.220(1.911-9.318),7.427(3.010-18.327),4.741(1.261-17.822),5.293(2.051-13.660),and 9.298(2.958-29.229),respectively.Conclusion The combined effect of appropriate sleep length and high-quality and healthy plant diet can reduce the risk of central obesity.To improve the quality of healthy plant diet of people with insufficient or excessive sleep time is beneficial to the prevention of central obesity.
