基于结构方程模型的校外未婚青少年安全性行为影响因素分析——以四川省为例

摘　　要：目的了解四川省校外未婚青少年安全性行为现状,并探索其影响因素。方法本研究于2021年10—12月,基于综合行为模式自行设置问卷,采用应答驱动抽样,对四川省15~24岁校外未婚青少年进行问卷调查,并应用结构方程模型分析安全性行为的影响因素。结果发放问卷2525份,回收有效问卷2478份,发生性行为的总人数为972人,性行为发生率为39.2%。首次性行为平均年龄为(19.8±2.0)岁,初次性行为时安全套全程使用率为76.1%;行为意向、行为技能可以直接正向影响校外未婚青少年安全性行为的发生,其效应值分别为0.782(95%CI:0.653~0.947)、0.294(95%CI:0.148~0.459),自我效能、行为信念、行为突出表现和主观规范间接影响安全性行为的发生,间接效应值分别为0.458(95%CI:0.374~0.552)、0.234(95%CI:0.165~0.298)、0.081(95%CI:0.020~0.152)和0.037(95%CI:0.014~0.067)。结论综合行为模式可以在一定程度上解释校外未婚青少年安全性行为的发生,行为意向对安全性行为的影响最大。Objective To understand the current situation of safe sex among out-of-school unmarried adolescents in Sichuan Province and explore its influencing factors.Methods In this study,a questionnaire was designed based on the comprehensive behavior pattern from October to December in 2021,and a response-driven sampling was used to investigate the unmarried adolescents aged 15 to 24 years old in Sichuan Province.The structural equation model was used to analyze the influencing factors of safe sex.Results In total 2525 questionnaires were sent out and 2478 valid questionnaires were returned.The total number of people who had sex was 972,and the incidence of sexual behavior was 39.2%.The average age of first sexual intercourse was(19.8±2.0)years,and the rate of condom use during first sexual intercourse was 76.1%.Behavior intention and behavior skills directly and positively affected the occurrence of safe sex among unmarried teenagers out of school,and the effect values were 0.782(95%CI:0.653-0.947)and 0.294(95%CI:0.148-0.459),respectively.Self-efficacy,behavioral belief,behavioral salience,and subjective norms indirectly affected the occurrence of safe sex,and the effect values were 0.458(95%CI:0.374-0.552),0.234(95%CI:0.165-0.298),0.081(95%CI:0.020-0.152),and 0.037(95%CI:0.014-0.067),respectively.Conclusion The comprehensive behavior model can explain the occurrence of safe sex among unmarried adolescents out of school to some extent,and behavioral intention has the greatest influence on safe sex.
