摘  要:“双碳”背景下,对既有建筑进行低碳节能改造成为了减少温室气体排放及实现节能减排的有效途径。为了有效降低建筑运行过程中的碳排放,对夏热冬冷地区星级酒店建筑单位面积能耗值和用能系统的用能情况进行了分析研究。经过前期能源审计、现场调研、节能改造设计后,提出对空调、热水、照明系统的6项节能改造技术措施。实践应用表明,对夏热冬冷地区星级酒店进行节能改造可有效降低其运行能耗,改造后年节能量为813.78 tce,相比改造前总能耗3286 tce,年综合节能率为21.5%。节能量占比最大的两项措施为照明光源LED改造和增加双蒸发热泵系统,替代热水锅炉制取生活热水。同时,改造后能耗达到合理用能指南先进值。Under the background of “Dual-Carbon Goals”(realizing carbon peak before 2030 and carbon neutrality before 2060) in China, the low-carbon energy-saving transformation of existing buildings has become an effective way to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and achieve energy-saving emission reduction. In order to effectively reduce the carbon emission in the process of building operation, the energy consumption per unit area and energy consumption system of star hotel in hot summer and cold winter regions were analyzed. After preliminary energy audit, on-site investigation and energy-saving retrofit design, six technical measures for energy-saving retrofit of air conditioning, hot water and lighting systems are proposed. The practical application shows that the energy-saving transformation can effectively reduce the energy consumption of star hotels in hot summer and cold winter regions, and the annual energy saving is 813.78 tce, which is 21.5% compared with the total energy consumption of 3286 tce before the transformation. Two most energy-saving measures are lighting LED transformation and adding double evaporative heat pump system to replace hot water boiler to make domestic hot water. Meanwhile, the energy consumption reached the advanced value of reasonable energy use.
