摘　　要：本文总结1例西妥昔单抗致颜面部皮疹患者的中医特色护理经验。基于辨证分型,给予患者中药内服、耳穴压豆、中药外洗、中药喷雾疗法等中医特色疗法,并配合皮肤护理、睡眠指导、饮食干预、情志护理等常规护理措施,减轻患者皮肤瘙痒和疼痛,促进皮损恢复,确保后续化疗的顺利进行。This paper summarized the Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)characteristic nursing of a case of cetuximab-induced facial rash.Based on the syndrome differentiation,TCM characteristic nursing interventions including TCM medication,auricular acupoint pressing,TCM spray,TCM aerosols were carried out,in combination of skin care,sleep guidance,nutrition sup⁃port and emotion care,in order to relieve the skin rash and pain,improve the healing of skin dam⁃age and ensure the smooth progress of chemotherapy.
