摘　　要：本文总结阴平阳秘五行罐疗法治疗1例心脾两虚型肿瘤相关性失眠患者的护理体会。患者入院后完善护理评估,基于中医辨证分型,实施阴平阳秘五行罐疗法干预,有效减轻患者疲乏程度,改善失眠症状,提高患者生活质量。This paper summarized the nursing of a patient with cancer-related insomnia of de⁃ficiency of both heart and spleen treated by Yin-Yang balance five-element cupping therapy.After a comprehensive nursing risk assessment,the Yin-Yang balance five-element cupping therapy based on Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation was carried out to relieve the fa⁃tigue and insomnia,and improve the patient’s quality of life during treatment.
