摘　　要：中医护理操作技术是中医护理的核心,是一套不同于现代护理操作的独特技术与方法。中医临床护理通过长期实践,总结出了从理论到实践的辨证施护方法和中医特色适宜技术,尤其是中医特色适宜技术在诊疗护理方面起着举足轻重的作用。中医护理人才培养是基础,专业化水平是关键,管理机制是保障。本文通过总结提升中医护理技术的有效手段,以便为中医护理技术的规范与推广提供参考。As the core of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)nursing,TCM nursing tech⁃nology is a unique set of techniques and methods different from modern nursing.On the basis of long-term clinical practice,nursing methods by TCM syndrome differentiation and the appropriate technology with TCM characteristics has been summed up from theory to practice,especially the pivotal role of appropriate TCM technology in diagnosis,treatment and nursing.The training of TCM nursing talents is the foundation,the level of specialization is the key,and the management mechanism is the guarantee to the standardization of TCM nursing technology.This article sum⁃marizes the effective means to improve the TCM nursing technology,in order to provide reference for the standardization and promotion of TCM nursing technology.
