摘　　要：本文总结1例胃瘫外敷方联合针灸治疗恶性肿瘤术后胃瘫综合征的护理经验。患者入院后在做好病情观察、胃肠减压等常规干预的基础上,基于中医辨证,采取胃瘫外敷方穴位贴敷联合针灸治疗,促进胃肠蠕动,缓解患者不适症状,加快早期康复。This paper summarized the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine external applica⁃tion combined with acupuncture in treating a patient with gastroparesis syndrome after surgery for malignant tumor.Enhance monitoring on vital signs and gastrointestinal decompression treatment were performed.Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation,the Tradi⁃tional Chinese Medicine external application combined with acupuncture was carried out improve the recovery of gastrointestinal motility and relieve the gastroparesis-induced discomfort.
