摘　　要：总结1例恶性黑色素瘤合并精神分裂症患者使用恩沃利单抗导致剥脱性皮炎的安宁疗护实践过程,主要包括控制剥脱性皮炎症状,提高舒适度;发现心理问题及精神障碍,及时给予干预;充分发挥社会支持系统作用,提高社会支持力度;关注患者精神需求,给予精神慰藉等方面。针对患者病情不同阶段的变化,制定个性化的安宁疗护方案,帮助患者有效控制症状、缓解痛苦、增加舒适度,从身体、心理、社会、精神等提供全人照护,提高生命质量。This paper summarized the palliative care practice for a patient diagnosed with ma⁃lignant melanoma and schizophrenia.The patient had developed exfoliative dermatitis after receiv⁃ing envolizumab treatment for malignant melanoma.The palliative care practice mainly included controlling the symptoms of exfoliative-induced dermatitis to improve comfort,finding psycholog⁃ical problems and mental disorders and then giving timely intervention,improving the strength of social support,paying attention to patients'spiritual needs and providing spiritual comfort,etc.According to the changes of the patient at different stages of illness,personalized palliative care program was formulated to help patient effectively control symptoms,relieve pain,increase com⁃fort,provide care from physical,psychological,social and spiritual aspects,and improve the quality of life.
