摘 要:为解决对有安全性较低的旧桥进行加固与修复问题,研究以某预应力混凝土连续梁桥为工程实例,针对桥梁梁体裂缝病害成因展开分析,设计了灌缝胶与碳纤维布协同处治的加固方案,并详细介绍了灌缝胶与碳纤维加固的施工工艺和技术要点,最后通过对加固前、后主梁跨中截面和主墩墩顶截面抗弯承载力,以及各跨1/4截面的抗剪承载力进行验算分析,证明了灌缝胶与碳纤维布在混凝土桥梁裂缝处治中的优良应用效果,值得在类似桥梁的加固工程中进行推广与应用。In order to solve the problem of reinforcement and repair of the old bridge with low safety,a prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge was taken as an engineering example,and the causes of crack disease of the bridge girder were analyzed,the reinforcement scheme of joint pouring glue and carbon fiber cloth was designed,and the construction technology and technical points of joint pouring glue and carbon fiber reinforcement were introduced in detail.Finally,through the calculation and analysis of the bending bearing capacity of the midspan section of the main beam and the top section of the main pier before and after reinforcement,as well as the shear bearing capacity of the 1/4 section of each span,the excellent application effect of filling glue and carbon fiber cloth in the crack treatment of concrete bridge was proved,which was worth the promotion and application in the reinforcement project of similar bridge.
