摘  要:为预防托槽牙面脱矿情况发生,对FQ光固化防龋涂料在预防粘接托槽牙面脱矿方面的作用进行了分析研究。结果显示,离体牙表面所涂布的FQ光固化防龋涂料对离体牙齿的表面形态无明显影响,经扫描电镜观察发现,在经过乳酸酸胶脱矿处理后,2组离体牙的牙剖面以及牙面扫描电镜结果均存在十分明显的差异,比较2组牙表面以及牙剖面的脱矿深度测量结果,可得对照组均明显大于实验组(P<0.05),经抗剪粘接强度测试,对照组强度低于实验组(P>0.05),综合分析可知,FQ光固化防龋涂料具有良好的抗脱矿能力,其应用不会影响牙的外观效果,且不会对托槽粘接的强度产生显著的影响。In order to prevent the demineralization of the bracket tooth surface,the role of FQ light-curing anti-caries coating in preventing the demineralization of the bonded bracket tooth surface was analyzed.The experimental results showed that the FQ light-cured anti-caries paint coated on the surface of the isolated teeth is had no obvious effect on the surface morphology of the isolated teeth.Scanning electron microscope observation showed that after the demineralization of lactic acid gum,there were significant differences in the tooth profile and tooth surface scanning electron microscope results of the two groups of isolated teeth.Comparing the measurement results of the demineralization depth of the tooth surface and tooth section between the two groups,it could be seen that the control group was significantly larger than the experimental group(P<0.05),and the strength of the control group was lower than that of the experimental group(P>0.05).Comprehensive analysis shows that FQ light-cured anti-caries coating has good demineralization resistance,its application will not affect the appearance of teeth,and will not have a significant impact on the bond strength of brackets.
