摘  要:为开发具有粘接性能强,使用寿命高的建筑结构胶,对比分析了空气中暴露时间、湿热环境、水浸和温度等对原始胶粘剂和改性胶粘剂粘接强度的影响。结果表明,原始胶粘剂和改性胶粘剂的粘接强度都不会随着空气中暴露时间的延长发生明显变化,改性胶粘剂试样的粘接强度略小于或者相当于原始胶粘剂试样,但是其粘接强度仍然满足建筑结构胶对粘接强度的使用要求,且改性胶粘剂的固化温度都相较原始胶粘剂有明显降低,改性胶粘剂2试样的耐水性能和耐高温性能都优于改性胶粘剂1,室温下原始胶粘剂和改性胶粘剂的破坏形式都为内聚破坏。In order to develop building structural adhesives with strong adhesive performance and long service life,the effects of exposure time in air,humid and hot environment,water immersion and temperature on the bonding strength of the original adhesive and the modified adhesive were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the bonding strength of the original adhesive and the modified adhesive did not change significantly with the extension of exposure time in the air;The adhesive strength of the modified adhesive sample was slightly less than or equal to that of the original adhesive sample,but its adhesive strength still met the use requirements of the building structural adhesive for the adhesive strength,and the curing temperature of the modified adhesive was significantly lower than that of the original adhesive;The water resistance and high temperature resistance of modified adhesive 2 samples were better than that of modified adhesive 1;At room temperature,the original adhesive and the modified adhesive are both in the form of cohesive destruction.At 82℃,the original adhesive sample is in the form of cohesive destruction+interface destruction,the modified adhesive 1 sample is in the form of interface destruction,and the modified adhesive 2 sample is in the form of cohesive destruction.
