摘 要:为了提升园林设计造型用胶粘剂的胶合强度,同时保证胶粘剂具有较低的游离甲醛含量和较高的黏度,考察了木质素和羟甲基木质素添加量对园林景观造型设计用胶粘剂结构、物理性能和胶合强度的影响。结果表明,随着酚醛树脂胶粘剂中木质素添加量的增加,游离甲醛含量和黏度不断增大,而固含量逐渐减小。随着木质素添加量的增加,酚化前后胶粘剂的胶合强度都呈现逐渐减小的趋势。随着酚醛树脂胶粘剂中羟甲基木质素添加量的增加,游离甲醛含量和黏度不断增大,而固含量逐渐减小。添加羟甲基木质素的酚醛树脂胶粘剂的强度有所减小,改性后酚醛树脂胶粘剂的胶合强度有所增大。In order to improve the bonding strength of adhesives for landscape design,and at the same time ensuring a low free formaldehyde content and high viscosity,the effects of lignin and hydroxymethyl lignin additions on the structure,physical properties,and bonding strength of adhesives for landscape design were investigated.The results showed that with the increase of lignin addition in phenolic resin adhesive,the free formaldehyde content and viscosity,while the solid content gradually decreased.With the increase of lignin addition,the bonding strength of the adhesive before and after phenolic treatment showed a gradually decreasing trend.With the increase of hydroxymethyl lignin in phenolic resin adhesives,the free formaldehyde content and viscosity continued to increase,while the solid content gradually decreased.The strength of phenolic resin adhesive added with hydroxymethyl lignin decreased,while the bonding strength of modified phenolic resin adhesive increased.
