摘 要:为提高古建筑修复颜料性能,降低修复成本,试验采用化学共沉淀法,制备了一种铁黑颜料,对其工艺条件进行优化并对其改性。研究结果表明,较佳铁黑颜料的制备工艺条件为,反应溶胶初始pH值为9.8,反应温度为85℃,反应时间为2.5 h,反应溶胶中的n(Fe^(3+))∶n(Fe^(2+))为1.9∶1。在此较佳工艺条件下,对铁黑颜料进行6%掺锰改性,在250、500℃热处理前后的色差变化量分别是0.36、0.89,耐热性大幅度提高,且符合铁黑行业标准。试验制备的铁黑颜料各项指标均达到氧化铁黑颜料国家标准GB/T 1863—2008中的一级品要求,可以作为一种修复颜料应用于古建筑。In order to improve the performance of pigments for repairing ancient buildings and reduce repair costs,an iron black pigment was prepared by chemical co-precipitation method,and the process conditions were optimized and modified.The results showed that the optimal preparation conditions of iron black pigment were as follows:the initial pH value of the reaction sol was 9.8,the reaction temperature was 85℃,the reaction time was 2.5 hours,and the n(Fe^(3+))∶n(Fe^(2+))in the reaction sol was 1.9∶1.Under this optimal process condition,iron black pigment was modified with 6%manganese doping.The color difference changes before and after heat treatment at 250℃and 500℃were 0.36 and 0.89,respectively.The heat resistance was significantly improved and met the industry standards for iron black.The various indicators of the iron black pigment prepared in this experiment meet the first grade requirements of the national standard GB/T 1863—2008 for iron oxide black pigments,and can be used as a repair pigment for ancient buildings.
