摘 要:针对目前创面愈合材料抗菌性能差的问题,提出一种负载溶酶菌的聚氨酯(PU)材料的制备,并对抗菌材料性能进行研究。试验结果表明,选择相对湿度为25%的PU材料为基底,质量浓度为10 mg/mL的溶酶菌制备的复合材料性能最佳,此时PU/DA-10%Ng的水接触角为45°,溶菌酶前10 d的总释放率为42%,对药物具备滞留和缓释特性,与细菌共同培养后,能有效抑制细菌的生长,表现出良好的抗菌性、药物缓释型和亲水性。In view of the poor antibacterial performance of wound healing materials,a polyurethane(PU)material loaded with lysozyme was proposed,and the properties of antibacterial materials were studied.The test results showed that the composite material prepared with PU material with humidity of 25%and lysozyme bacteria with concentration of 10mg/ml had the best performance.At this time,the water contact angle of PU/DA-10%Ng was 45°,and the total release rate of lysozyme in the first 10 days was 42%,which had the characteristics of drug retention and sustained release.After co-culture with bacteria,it effectively inhibited the growth of bacteria,and exhibited good antibacterial,sustained-release drug and hydrophilicity.
