摘  要:针对混凝土梁开裂的问题,提出制备玻璃纤维增强塑料筋(GFRP)-聚合物砂浆板,对混凝土梁进行加固。试验结果表明,混凝土梁的破坏形式为脆性破坏,与GFRP-聚合物砂浆板结合后,粘接强度明显高于混凝土基体强度。聚合物砂浆板加固混凝土梁的机理在于,当混凝土梁产生裂缝时,薄板与混凝土内部箍筋共同起到承载作用,进而达到加固效果。当浆板长度为600 mm,此时薄板长度略长于混凝土纯弯段,加固效果最好。In order to solve the problem of cracking of concrete beams,a glass fiber reinforced plastic bar(GFRP)-polymer mortar board was prepared to reinforce the concrete beam.The test results showed that the failure mode of the concrete beam was brittle failure.After being combined with GFRP-polymer mortar sheet,the bond strength was significantly higher than the strength of the concrete matrix.The mechanism of strengthening concrete beam with polymer mortar thin plate was that when the concrete beam cracked,the thin plate and the stirrup inside the concrete jointly played a bearing role,and then achieved the reinforcement effect.When the length of the thin plate was 600 mm,the length of the thin plate was slightly longer than that of the pure bending section of the concrete,and the reinforcement effect was the best.
