空气磨损对齿科复合树脂材料粘合氧化锆陶瓷的影响研究

摘　　要：为了评估表面空气磨损对氧化锆陶瓷的长期树脂粘合强度的影响,测试了未经处理和在0.05、0.25 MPa的表面条件,以及无底漆、金属/氧化锆底漆、合金底漆和陶瓷底漆4种底漆条件下的空气磨损。将8个结合样品的亚组在水中储存3、150 d,并进行37500次热循环,测定拉伸结合强度(TBS)。结果表明,在无底漆的情况下,RelyX-Unicem对0.25 MPa的空气颗粒磨损显示出持久的粘合强度。当与含有10-甲基丙烯酰氧基癸基磷酸二氢盐(MDP)的底漆结合时,即使在降低的磨损压力下,空气磨损也会导致对氧化锆陶瓷的持久TBS。但与金属/氧化锆底漆相结合的空气磨损并不能为氧化锆陶瓷提供耐用的TBS。In order to evaluate the effect of surface air wear on the long-term resin bonding strength of zirconia ceramics.The air wear was tested under surface conditions(untreated,air wear at 0.05 or 0.25 MPa)and four primer conditions(no primer,metal/zirconia primer,alloy primer,and ceramic primer).Eight subsets of bound samples were stored in water for 3、150 days,subjected to 37500 thermal cycles,and the tensile binding strength(TBS)was determined.The results showed that RelyX-Unicem had long-lasting adhesion strength to 0.25 MPa air particle wear ceramics without primer.When combined with a primer containing 10-methacryloxydecyl phosphate dihydrogen salt,even under reduced wear pressure,air wear led to persistent TBS of zirconia ceramics.However,air wear combined with metal/zirconia primer did not provide durable TBS for zirconia ceramics.
